I couldn\'t ask for someone better to take care of my dog while I\'m at work. It took me some time to find someone I felt I could entrust my dog to, someone with patience and a gentle manner to walk an older pet. Maria most definitely fits everything I was looking for and more...she is also kind, dependable, flexible and above all else, a true animal lover. The wide range of services offered are also a huge plus since with an older, arthritic dog, the standard 20 or 30 minute walk is usually beyond his stamina level, so the potty breaks are perfect. Every day I come home to a very happy and well cared for dog!!

When I knew that I was taking an 8 day trip, I began to worry about my 15 yr. old dog and two cats - Fortunately, my dog groomer recommended Maria Soprano to me. She is the owner of FURgeddaboutit! We met, we talked, she came to my apt. two times before my trip. Maria is a person who cares for and loves animals. She is very prompt, and in comparison, reasonably priced for regular walks as well as petsitting/sleepovers. there is peace knowing that they are well taken care of, your apartment is kept clean while you are gone and that your pets will be happy and in great condition when you return. That is how I felt when I got back from my trip. I attribute this largely to Maria and her ability to understand animals and to take expert care of them. Maria had left me daily notes as to how my senior dog did so that I had a record of her daily activities as well. My two boys are 1 and 2 years old, they are my fur babies to say the least! They are also A LOT to handle, being large doodles. Maria is fantastic with them! I used to agonize while I was away, but I feel completely at ease knowing FURgeddaboutit is on the job. Maria truly loves your animal like its her own. I love getting my daily notes, a small, but significant extra. Maria is very responsive to calls, texts, and emails! She even makes time for my boys if I have a last minute trip. As brand new parents to an 8 week old Boston Terrier, it can be very scary to try to identify a good dog walker. Someone you can trust not only with your pet, but with full access to your home as well. I have to say we could not be happier with Maria as our dog walker! She really cares about what she does and about the pets in her care. From the moment she came over to meet with us and our little guy, you could tell she has a true love of animals. She was showing us pictures of the other dogs she cares for and telling us stories about them and their personalities. You can tell she is really invested in them and has a bond with them. That makes all the difference! Her service is personal and she really goes the extra mile. She leaves us notes for each visit she has and even sends us pics of Wesley while they are together. She is very professional and attentive. It\'s nice to know that our pup gets consistency and that it is the same person spending time with him each day. We are so happy with her taking care of Wesley and we can rest assured he is in great hands with her!

We hired Maria when my husband changed jobs that no longer allowed him to be home to take care of our 9 week old puppy.
